I'm curious if anyone has bechmarked running a test suite based on this,
compared to running tests through Apache. I may check that myself.

It seems there would be some benefit compared to a CGI environment, because
I think thish solution loads the modules once, where multiple requests to
Apache/CGI would be repeatedly loading modules.

I also added CGI::Application::Dispatch::Server to that wiki page as well.
