If more speed is needed, Swish++ can also be considered for indexing speed.
I was indexing millions of HTML files a few years back, and the only things
with acceptable indexing speed back then were Swish++ and Microsoft's CHM
compiler.

Swish++ is a rewrite of Swish-E.
