I don't think so. If you list a few of the positives, you'll see:
o CA is stable
o CA is the basis for expansion
o CA is well structured
o CA is well understood
o CA is reusable
o Each usage is practice for you
o Each usage is a type of cross-check of your code's reliability
o Etc, etc, etc
The /current/ size of the web site doesn't matter.
And, for me, reliability comes first, middle, and last.
