Ok, it seems that you've installed Apache::Test without having a mod_perl
enabled Apache actually on your system. This means it won't work. If you didn't
install Apache::Test yourself, then I'm probably at fault since C::A::D's build
script lists it as a build pre-req. So, if you don't need it go ahead and
un-install it.
Then grab the latest dev version from CPAN - 2.10_02 (uploaded about 10 minutes
ago) which should only use Apache::Test if you already have it installed and
won't list it as a pre-req. It will also skip the mod_perl tests as well.
