Someone in #cgiapp just reported the same thing. It works fine for me so I'm not
sure of the exact issue. I did notice that it accidentally shipped with t/TEST
by mistake. This should have been built by "./Build test" instead. Try deleting
t/TEST and then running "./Build && ./Build test" again.
