It's 3 times faster.  By default, the benchmark tests creating a new
Template object every time, which no one should ever do.  Switching from
the "all" test to the "output" tests fixes this.

For the curious, the output from this run is attached.  Playing with
parameters like case sensitivity and loop_context_vars can further
affect these.

 output_tt:  1 wallclock secs ( 1.07 usr +  0.00 sys =  1.07 CPU) @ 697.20/s (n=746)
