[cgiapp] Apparent minor bug in HTML::Template V 2.7

Hi Folks

Just fishing for opinions.

While trying and failing to get
<tmpl_if name=__first__>
working on loops and simultaneously on loops within loops (loop_context_vars => 
1) (Any ideas?), I found this.

Lines 2965 .. 2967 of Template.pm are:
    @{$value_set}{qw(__first__ __last__ __inner__ __odd__ __counter__)} =       
(0,0,0,0) 
       if ($loop_context_vars);

There are 5 tokens in that array slice, but only 4 zeros. Wrong or intended, do 
you think? I think it's a bug.
