Actually, it was a missunderstanding on my part of how the test
framework was failing (Test::Harness was causing problems, and my
solution was drastic by removing Test::More).  I have a clean solution
to this that still allows you to use all the Test:: modules, but I
have not implemented it yet.  You can find the details at perlmonks
where I asked for (and received) a solution to this problem.

I think a Test framework for CGIApp would be very helpful and look
forward to seeing this one in action!
