It was remarkably simple to hook up, and I was even more pleased with how easy it will be to write new reporters for it. The hook system is definitely an enormous success here :)
but I since ran out of time to do it myself. Some other cool ones to add would be: + profiling - not just the timing, but how many times a sub is called
I'd love to see this one too!
+ HTTP headers - kinda like LiveHTTPHeaders plugin for firefox
That would be exceedingly simple.
+ compression - how much space would be saved
Also nice. The latter two are almost one liners, at least in concept. It would require very little code indeed.
I'll poke Sam Tregar to get his DB profiler pop up thingy working with new DevPopup too. http://use.perl.org/~samtregar/journal/25051
I got parts of the plugin's functioning from his posts there. I saw his screen shot of the DBIProfiler, and am still drooling ;^)
Thanks for your warm reception :)
