The old perl idiom "There are many ways to do this" applies to this
situation as well.  However, the simplest way to do this is to make the url
for form submission a template variable and fill it in from your CGI::App.
Then, you can use whatever means you like to "calculate" the URL and place
it into the form dynamically.
