I haven't had a chance to look carefully, but this looks like a really
useful addition. I have a couple of places where I could use it.
A quick comment on the name. We are starting to get a lot of plugins
on CPAN which is fantastic, but perhaps we should think about
separating the names out a bit. Since your plugin deals with the way
results are sent to the browser, how about
CGI::Application::Plugin::Output::XSV? I can see other modules in
that same vein (like CGI::Application::Plugin::Output::PDF). It gives
a bit more of a hint as to what the module does, and helps to organize
the plugin namespace.
