[cgiapp] Different outputs in H::T and CAP::AnyTemplate

Hello,

I decided to switch into CAP::AnyTemplate and found out, that 
HTML::Template->output returns string and
CAP::AnyTemplate::Driver::HTMLTemplate->output returns string reference.

What is this incompatibility for? This makes me i.e. change all the
references to HTML::FillInForm->fill
