I disagree. /I'm/ a CGI:APP newbie in that I don't contribute to the code or
plugins, yet I'm fascinated by the developers discussing their ideas as they
proceed.
Some lists may be better off as developer lists because the subject matter is
more esoteric, eg aspects of Apache, and mod_perl, but this list is simply not
like that.
The other problem with dev lists lists is what happened to the Image::Magick dev
list. Nothing! No posts, so no news, no development plans, no ideas, nothing
:-((.
