That's a good question. I think the recent activity has been driven by
the new plugin system and the talks at YAPC. People are experimenting
and getting excited. C::A has usually been a fairly quite list where
there would be only a handful of messages for a few days. I'm not saying
that this momentum will die, but I think it will slow down. And
especially if #cgiapp keeps going and we redo the wiki, etc. I think
more and more will happen there and this lists traffic will reduce. So
it might be an annoyance for some, but probably only temporary.
