I'm up for trying TRAC and/or Kwiki, although I don't have any experience
trying TRAC, and just a bit with Kwiki. I'm still considered if TRAC is
fit to be used for a public web presence.

I would line toward Kwiki over TRAC, since we have WebSVN and rt.cpan.org
already set up for our use.
