I would also like to see the shared svn that would be available to all
C::A related projects (CGI::Session, plugins, base classes, etc). I
think this would be a powerful draw and allow easier cross collaboration
(not that it's hard now, but it would be even easier). For these reasons
I would almost push for Trac even though I've never used it. Integration
can be a good thing.

I would be willing to volunteer some time to help with this, but I'm not
sure I have enough to take an official 'co-maintainer' hat.
