Here are some specific gripes I have about kwiki, that may just be due
to inexperience.
- I really like being able to add a comment to a change to explain what
happened. Is that available as a plugin?
I think I could live with kwiki. I feel compelled to give it the benefit
of the doubt since it's written in Perl, and we could hack on it had to.
(but I would prefer not to need to. )

Let's see if there are any counter offers. I own cgi-app.org and could
point it to cgi-app.com if that becomes the official wiki.
