My vote is: Set it up on cromedome.net and stay there until we have a
reason to move. Assuming Jason Crome remains a responsive admin, this
will give us more flexibility.
Personally, I had access Andy's CVS tree for WWW-Mechanize on
SourceForge.net. It's been months since he moved to SVN at Perl.org, and
he has never followed up to give me svn access at the new location. I
think he's really busy, and I'm not sure he's even the right person who
can hand out SVN accounts at Perl.org.
Either way, I may maintain a two-way mirror of the primary svn archive
with darcs if there is interest in that beyond myself.
