The documentation says at
http://search.cpan.org/~jfreeman/Cgi-Simple-0.077/Simple.pm#Upload_Related
that CGI::Simple has tmpFileName so I am not sure if
D::FV::Constraints::Uploads should be changed or if it is my configuration
problem or a problem of CGI::Simple.

Yes, I like it too. The reason I do not use CGI is its unresolved bug
mentioned by Mark Stosberg on cascade-dataform list
http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_id=7275077
and CGI list:
http://groups.google.com/groups?selm=83ca080.0402281631.368cd433%40posting.google.com

CGI::Simple hasn't this problem and it made me use it in my mod-perl
and C::A environment.

Thank you for your help.
