Thanks for the warning. Astonishingly enough, Chris Dolan released a new version of it yesterday, and it's now licensed under the same terms as perl itself. I think that solves any issues that might have arisen.
(I'm not at all interested in getting into a religous war about licenses. I just thought I should point it out since it's fairly unusual.)
I'm not very experienced in this area; what do you suggest I should have done in this case?
