You want to check out TextDrive (textdrive.com <http://textdrive.com>). They 
are very big on ROR and offer fcgi support, making rails quite viable as a 
production app. They offer lots of features (multple domains, easy subdomain 
setup, Postges, MySQL, subversion, trac, tons of blog packages, etc.

Disclaimer - I'm a customer. They are experiencing growing pains right now, 
but I think that will calm down shortly.
