I really like the idea. Some feedback. 

I found a broken link to MyPan:

 # untested
 $mech->get('http://test.cpanforum.com/faq/#notify'); 
 my $r = $mech->follow_link( url_regex => qr/mypan/ );
 ok($r->success);

On the Registration page button:

    s/Regiser/Register/

I may poke around some more. Right now my internet connection has become
horribly slow.
