There are a lot of them (provided that I've correctly interpreted your
needs.)
Here are (some of) the ones ranging from featherweight to middleweight:

Then there are some heavyweight apps such as Openinteract (and
Openinteract2) and Maypole (much lighter than Openinteract really.)

The above mentioned ones are all available through CPAN, but I've found
as many of them out of CPAN as well (some are a bit elderly though, and
some work with just a couple of DB servers) such as:
