[cgiapp] [FlexMart] initial release quick fix

 Hello,
 
 Please find attached a tar file
 (flexmart-0.1-quickfix.tar.gz) with the below 
 "quick fixes" to 0.1 release of FlexMart (only
 modified files included).  This fix supercedes an
earlier modification to FlexMart/Session.pm which did
not remedy the problem.
 
 - FlexMart::Session broke encapsulation;  the
 attached FlexMart::Session now 
 provides a tentative fix
 - mysql.sql provides privileges settings for fmdemo
 to further ease installation 
 and setup
 - fmdemo-0.2.sql is updated to give db_uname=fmdemo
 a password - namely, 
 fmdemopw
 - flexmart_host.ini updated to set
 db_passwd=fmdemopw  for db_uname=fmdemo
