Thanks for the recommendation Cees. Right now, the only things I'm really
using in mod_perl are the Authen/Authz hanlders (via
Apache::AuthCookie). How are you handling authentication under
PersistentPerl?

Yeah, I kinda wish that I knew about PersistentPerl a few years ago when
I realized the need for better performance. On the plus side, I've
learned a lot more about Apache and mod_perl in the past couple years.
