I've scanned the patch, and I think I like this interface for handling
multiple handles, especially since it seems to allow you to have one
default "unnamed" handle, and other named handles.
I'd be interested to see a complete patch you offered, including the
additional tests. Please keep the multi-handle tests in a seperate file
from the basic tests.
I'm glad to know there is some interest in this simple plug-in!
