It's a very advanced groupware app even when compared with more popular apps like phpgroupware. To download it, you have to register to the "Dicole Community" first (it's a GPL project from the beginning, though their new web site does not emphasize it.)

This is very very slick. I haven't looked at the internals, but if they aren't too ugly this really is a winner. Thanks for sharing the pointer.
