The most advanced (web-based) groupware suite written in Perl I'm aware
of is probably "Dicole Mimerdesk" (formerly called simply "Mimerdesk.")
http://www.dicole.fi/en/products/learning/overview
http://www.dicole.fi/en/community/overview/overview

It's a very advanced groupware app even when compared with more popular
apps like phpgroupware.
To download it, you have to register to the "Dicole Community" first
(it's a GPL project from the beginning, though their new web site does
not emphasize it.)

It's not based on C::A nor on H::T though.
Future versions will be based on OpenInteract2:

Ciao,
Emanuele.
