[cgiapp] RFC: CGI::Uploader 0.80_02

Hello,

I've posted a developer version of CGI::Uploader that I have interested
getting feedback on.

CGI::Uploader is the central part of a web/db file upload system. It was
designed to play well with CGI::Application, although there is no
inter-dependence.

Readers of this list may be particularly interested in the example
application I distribute with the module. It contains a complete,
working CGI::Application application which uses the software:

When I started working on CGI::Uploader, it was somewhat specific to
handling image uploads. Beginning with the .80 release, I have made
critical changes to make the module a more general solution. 

The code to generate thumbnails has been split into it's own module, and
the user can apply what ever transforms they like to uploaded files,
rather than just create thumbnails.

I hope to soon release "1.0", with a stable API. Now I'm interested in
feedback on the design and interface of the module.
