Your syntax for cgiapp_postrun looks OK. Here are some debugging
suggestions:
1. What version of CGI::App are your running? Make sure it supports
cgiapp_postrun. :)
2. Add a "warn" statement just before you return from cgiapp_postrun().
If it appears in your error log, then you know cgiapp_postrun() was
executed.
