[cgiapp] To run an application using CGI on html

  Actually what my problem is i am developing a tool using perl, CGI & Html. we are trying to run an appliction like norton antivirus,winzip etc from html by click of a button.But it is not possible for me to run or fire an application. so do give me  a solution in this regard.
