Without seeing the <B>actual</B> error messages, I cannot tell you what is
going on.  I can only guess.  And I have made quite a few guesses already.

hi,

so I have no parameters yet to send to the skript and
it does it's work well on the windows-machine without error-messages.
I'm just about testing the XML in this skript.

So the friendly person who host's the webserver told me
to install the XML::Simple Module on the regular path and
then my problem is solved.

But anyway I would be interested what was wrong for the case
I would need another library.
