Module::Build is stil rather new in my opinion. I cross-posted to dfv and the mb lists about not being able to install Data::FormValidator in my local tree as opposed to /usr (just try it at perlmonk.org sometime!) and Ken hasn't been around to fix it. I am using CGI::Application at perlmonk.org for a gaming site and don't want to have to hand-install it because we switched over to M::B.
