[cgiapp] CGI::Application::Session

I just wanted to provide a pointer to some code that is not on CPAN that 
I thought was very useful:

The only thing it needs desperately is a store and retrieve method 
instead of  writing things to

$self->{__SESSION_OBJ}

I stared and stared at the archive of this list and the docs for 
CGI::Session many times before opting
for this Apache::Session-based alternative.
