Yes I have.  I willing to bet others on this list have too.

Do you have any specific questions about this arrangement?  They play nicely together.  If you are looking at these modules to build a web app, you'll definitely want to add 
	Data::FormValidator and 
	CGI::Application::ValidateRM
to your list.  These modules provide a fantastic framework for checking your inputs and providing clear, useful error message back to the users.

Class::DBI won't solve all your DB issues ... I had to write some Oracle specific routines, (for paging data) but it does provide a nice API to accessing data in your DB in some cases.
