First, a recommendation: It's not entirely clear from the download page
at NMS, but they've made a version that is a drop-in replacement for
FormMail.pl, so you don't have to learn anything new.

Just under the "Form Mail" heading, look at the links for "compat" and
"modules":

Revisit "TFmail" if it's important to you to have one installation
that used in several places with different configuration files.

Finally, even for web-to-email forms, I tend to use CGI::App  with
CGI::Application::ValidateRM now. I think it makes for a nicer user
experience to return any errors right on the page with their form
pre-filled.
