Notice there is a help link at the bottom of each e-mail message. :)
It will return an e-mail to you with the answer. The answer is to use 
this address to  subscribe to the digest version:

 suppressed

Alternatively, you could do what I do which is to read the list as if it
were a news group. To do that, check out http://www.gmane.org/ The news
group name is: gmane.comp.lang.perl.modules.cgi-appplication
(Yes, they created it with 3 "p's" in it...)

I'd say it varies from zero to ten, where "zero" is  somewhat common
and ten is uncommon, unless some captivating topic comes up. :)
