How do you make your site's root document (or the site home page, whatever you want to call it) the HTML::Application stub? Is this only accomplished through setting the server to translate www.mysite.org/ to the cgi-directory/webapp.cgi? Or, allowing cgi to be executed from any path? Or, do you just redirect initial visitors to cgi-bin/webapp.cgi?

If I purchase web hosting services how much flexibility normally exists to do HTML::Application but make it look a little more natural than all URLs being "cgi-bin/blah-blah"?

Thanks,
Mark
