[cgiapp] CGI::AppToolkit and CGI::Application::Factory

I stumbled across these CGI::App related modules here:

Is there anyone here who is familiar with CGI::AppToolkit and cares to
post a comment?

I haven't reviewed it enough yet to really understand it or develop an
opinion of it. I see that it claims to work as a subclass of CGI::App in
some cases. 

It also seems to involve using a custom templating system, and some kind
of SQL <-> OO wrapper.
