All true, though I'd recommend against the javascript link. It breaks
if they don't have javascript enabled (it happens) and mucks with (at
least on my version) Mozilla's open in new window/tab feature.
In general though, you don't have to worry about ugly URLs unless you're
sending people there as an entry point. Most people, sad to say, don't
even know there IS an address bar on their browser.
