[cgiapp] cgi_postrun error

Hi all,  I have been away from this mail list for a long time (about 2
years!).  

I don't know if someone has mentioned error about the cgi_postrun here.

I found that the implementation of cgi_postrun does not work as illustrated in
the manpage.  I looked at the source, and realized that $output_ref is not
updated.

In order to make it work like the example in the manpage, I changed line 149
of Application.pm to the following:

  $bodyref = $self->cgiapp_postrun($bodyref);

I am using Version 3.1.

If someone has reported this, please keep me updated.
