[cgiapp] IMDB like code?

Anyone know of a CGI::Application based module that gives functionality
similar to the IMDB?  A friend has asked me to create a similar style
site for the film department at his university--unfortunately, I'm short
on time, and so will probably turn the project down unless I can find
something that just needs some customization.

Any ideas?
