Unfortunately, I don't know of any e-comm packages (that aren't hand
rolled) that are CGI-App based or use HTML-Template. I think there should be
one, but I don't know of it. But if you are doing a medium to large e-comm site
for an online business, the best that I can recommend is Interchange (see
http://www.icdevgroup.org). It is very mature and is all perl code. I have
worked with it for a while, so if you have any questions about it, just let me
know.
But, if any one does know of a CGI-App based package, I too would be
very interested.
