This is a debugging mode feature of CGI.pm. To continue, hit CTRL-D.
This happens on some versions of Perl, CGI-App and CGI.pm. What version
of CGI::Application are you trying to install? All recent versions make
a special effort to avoid this debugging mode.
One other note: You may want to upgrade to Perl 5.6.1. 5.6.0 has some
significant bugs which were fixed in the next release.
