[cgiapp] Finished Sloppy Conversion of Kwiki

I finished jamming Kwiki into the CGI::App project I am working on.  I do mean jam.  I don't know when I will have the time to do it the right way, but from all the modification I made to it, I don't think that it would be more than 24 man hours.  I used it for a news manager.  Authentication was already part of the CGI::App I was folding it into so I made a list of people that could edit, the rest of the people dont even see the edit options.  I also used some of the methods in Kwiki to make a section of one of the navigation menus to show all the news from the last 24 hours as well as all the news sense you last visited the site.  Kwiki is in active development and Is very close in design to what is needed for a CGI::App, there is one feature Test::Fit that Brian Ingerson is adding to Kwiki that I feel is of great benafit that other probibly are not adding.  I would bet that Brain would be willing to work with you all to convert Kwiki to a CGI::App.
