	Heh.. I hope that there isn't a limit to the number of run_modes.  I'm
writing an application that uses plugins and sets its run modes based on
configuration files.  At of todays test build, it loads 12 static, or 
in the main
module, and up to 52 modes from different plugins.  CGI::Application 
hasn't
hiccuped once.
