I installed a backup for my bigsister server today and used for the first time the rpm version. Most of that went very well, but there is one bug in the rpm: it creates the bigsis user, but sets it to temporarily disabled. The result of this is a lot of error messages: (from memory) user bigsis doesn't exist, using root for installation I had to enable the user and set to "no login allowed" (did that via webmin), then the installation worked flawless. You may want to change this in the next rpm. Apart from that it was a nobrainer.
