[Bigsister-general] Use Compaq modules in bigsister for windows (binary version)

BigSister is working well in windows systems and now i would add the
compaq tests.

I use BigSister-agent-1_02.msi for the installation of BS.

I need to use this four modules that are working well under linux.

cpqhlth.mod
cpqhost.mod
cpqida.mod
cpu.mod

In linux i use the bsmodule install command.
How can I do it in windows enviroment?
