[Bigsister-general] nutups syntax

When I use the nutups module it always shows an error because either the 
nut driver or the ups does not report the runtime.  I tried to tell the 
module to ignore these conditions setting runtimewarn=-1 and runtimefail=-1 
in my uxmon-asroot file.  I tried a few different other things as well but 
nothing seems to keep the lack of runtime value from showing up as an error.

Does anyone know the right syntax I should be using?
