The point is that your setup file is wrong here:

localhost(tf1)  url=http://216.xxx.xxx.xxx:8888 realhttp
localhost(tf2)  url=http://216.xxx.xxx.xxx:8888 realhttp

I noticed this only now.

This should actually be something like
realhostname(tf1) url=http://216.xxx.xxx.xxx:8888 realhttp

if you use localhost bigsister always uses localhost.

and the DESCR should then be
DESCR           features=unix,linux,remote              realhostname
